Sorry, we are having a service interruption for the Dallas area

For the past few days, you may have difficulty reaching our website to prepare paychecks or file payroll returns. A typical error message maybe “the website can’t be reached….”.
Our websites are up and running smoothly but some users may be blocked from reaching our website due to an internet traffic routing issue. Depends on the Internet Service Provider (ISP) you are using and how the data request is routed, you may not able to see our website (login screen, e.g.).
We have isolated and believe that internet traffic routed to our websites through the Verizon/XO data center in Dallas has failed. Many users in Texas may be affected. If you are affected, you may try to use the Opera browser/VPN to re-route your path to our website. The following link provides a few simple steps for the browser.

We are working with Verizon to identify and resolve the problem. At the same time, we are working on new servers to re-route traffic to avoid going through Dallas.
